Book your appointment here
This is how it works:
- The bookable services are organised by language (de, fr or en). Book an appointment in your preferred language.
- Select the number of people or pets in the booking tool. Click on ‘Show more’ to display all options.
- Then scroll down.
- Search for a suitable appointment.
- Enter your contact details.
- Confirm the booking.
- You will receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam folder.
Please note that pet appointments must be booked separately. We recommend to allow at least one week between your appointments and those of your pets. Not all household members must come at the same time. You can also arrange individual appointments for each household member - it is not necessary for everyone to turn up at the same time. Children under the age of 14 may only attend an appointment if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Thank you for your understanding.
The initial visit takes place at the Swiss Institute for Translational and Entrepreneurial Medicine (SITEM, Freiburgstrasse 3, 3010 Bern) and lasts approx. 60 minutes per person.
For pets, the initial visit takes place at the Vetsuisse Small Animal Clinic (Länggassstrasse 128, 3012 Bern) and lasts approx. 45 minutes per animal.
