Directions sitem-insel

The appointment takes place in the "sitem-insel" building at the Inselspital in Bern (HERE).

Once inside the "sitem-insel", go to the information desk on the ground floor (on the side facing Murtenstrasse) and follow the red CIU stickers to the first floor until you reach the waiting area in front of the Clinical Investigation Unit (CIU). To the right of the information desk is the lift, which will also take you to the first floor. The waiting area is marked with a "BEready" poster. We will meet you there. Important note: If on the day you are unable to keep your appointment due to illness or other urgent matters, we kindly ask you to inform us by telephone at your earliest convenience.

Please note the designated two-wheel parking spaces at the Inselspital

Arrival by car

Via the A1 motorway: take the Forsthaus exit, then follow the signs for ‘Inselspital’ and ‘Insel-Parking’. You can park in the ‘Insel-Parking’ (Murtenstrasse 12) or in the ‘Sitem-Parking’ (Freiburgstrasse 3). Please note that parking is subject to a charge. You can claim the costs incurred as expenses. Please print out the corresponding receipt from the machine. If you park in the ‘Sitem-Parking’ follow the signs, take the lift to the ground floor and go to reception. The lift to the first floor is to your right. If you park in the ‘Insel-Parking’ car park, please use the underground passage . Once you have reached the area of Inselspital, follow Rosenbühlgasse downwards. The ‘sitem-insel’ is located on the opposite side of the street.
